Здесь накопились повторные правила и старые цвета. Объединила их в один файл без дублирующих блоков.

Что изменено:

    бирюзовый — #099197;
    коричневый акцент светлой темы — #762c19, включая меню, линии тезисов, номера занятий и «Написать мне»;
    удалены синий цвет ссылки и прежние оттенки;
    сохранены контейнер 1220 px, белое вступление, тезисы с линиями и мобильные поля 16 px;
    восстановлена полноценная разделительная линия перед контактным блоком: раньше был указан только её цвет;
    сохранены жирная ссылка, подчёркивание и движение стрелки при наведении.

Замените teacher-styles.css целиком. Он должен подключаться после обновлённого inner-styles.css.
